CCI was founded by Chris Jones, whose career in the cable television and communications industry gave him hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and managing complex systems across Tennessee. After advancing to Technical Manager for the Tennessee region, Chris saw a gap that no one was filling.
Businesses were making serious investments in technology — but they lacked trustworthy, knowledgeable support to guide them. They were getting oversold, underserved, and left to figure things out on their own. Chris knew there was a better way.
